Arrow was building a powerful product for one of the most complicated parts of healthcare: revenue cycle management. But as the product expanded, so did the number of things the website needed to explain.
The redesign was an opportunity to bring everything back to one clear story: what Arrow does, who it helps, and why it matters.
The goal was not simply to give the website a new visual identity. It was to make Arrow's offering easier to understand for healthcare teams evaluating a new way to manage their revenue cycle.
From Product Complexity to Clear Messaging
Arrow brings together multiple workflows from managing denials and payer follow-ups to monitoring revenue performance and connecting existing healthcare systems.
The challenge was making all of those capabilities feel like parts of one product rather than a collection of disconnected features.
I redesigned the experience around a clearer narrative, introducing Arrow's core value proposition first and then progressively showing how the platform delivers on it.
Each section has a specific job: establish the problem, explain the solution, demonstrate the product, and give potential customers enough confidence to take the next step.
Outcome
The redesign gives Arrow a clearer way to communicate its expanding product offering while keeping the experience focused on the people who needs to understand it.
More than a redesign, it was a restructuring of the story turning a complex product into a clearer reason
to believe in it.
